Management Team
Steve Curtis President & CEO
Steve Curtis has over 20 years of experience managing the development
of software applications and solutions in the K-12 education market.
He has held executive positions at WICAT (World Institute for Computer
Assisted Teaching), Jostens Learning, and PlaNet Software. In 2001
Steve and his partners founded Edustructures, a leading provider of
SIF products and services. Edustructures is a driving force behind
SIF and has been involved in hundreds of SIF implementations
throughout the US and abroad. Steve has served on the SIF Board of
Directors where he has led the legal sub-committee of the SIF board
during a critical time in the evolution of SIF, and has been
instrumental in the formation of the Schools Interoperability
Framework Association. Steve has been involved in promoting and

Jeanne Glaittli Chief Financial Officer
Jeanne Glaittli has over 15 years experience in accounting, human
resources and administration. Previously, she was the Vice President of
Finance & Administration for Western Governors University (WGU) where
she helped create the nation's first fully accredited, online,
competency-based University. Prior to her employment with WGU in 1997,
Jeanne was Controller for Jupiter Property Management in Park City,
Utah, and has worked in Washington, D.C. for KPMG Peat Marwick as an
auditor. Her focus was in the non-profit and real estate industries.
Jeanne graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Eric Petersen Chief Technology Officer
Eric J. Petersen has over 15 years experience in the development of software systems in the
education, consumer, and telecommunications industries. Prior to founding Edustructures in
2001, Eric was the CEO & President of Minde, Inc. Throughout his career he has served
as a senior software engineer to companies that include Lucent Technologies, Ascend Communications,

Gary Johnson Ph.D. Vice President Sales
Gary Johnson, Ph.D, Vice President of Sales: Dr. Johnson's entire career has been involved with educational technology solutions, beginning in 1983 when he joined WICAT, one of the first companies to focus on K–12 technology solutions. From WICAT, he joined IBM and was on the original PC/AT announcement team in Boca Raton, FL. During his tenure at IBM, he worked in several educational technology positions at both a headquarters and field level. Following IBM he worked for J.D. Edwards, NetSchools, The Princeton Review, and Wireless Generation –– all in educational technology sales. Prior to joining Edustructures, Johnson served as the national vice president of Sales for Class.com. He received his Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Brigham Young University. Sandra Richards Director of Marketing
Sandra Richards is a veteran of high–tech marketing in Utah, building and executing marketing programs for high–growth technology start–ups. Prior to joining Edustructures, Richards served as senior director of marketing at Omniture, a leading provider of Web analytics solutions and services. During her tenure at Omniture, Richards created and implemented aggressive marketing programs that contributed to the company's record–setting (100 percent year–over–year) revenue growth in preparation for the company's IPO. Prior to Omniture, Richards was the director of marketing and interim vice president for iBAHN (formerly STSN). Richards currently serves on the Marketing committees of SIFA and the D3M Alliance.

Andrew Newman Director of Implementation and Support
Andrew H. Newman has over a decade of experience in client services of software technology projects and support. Prior to Edustructures, Newman served as Vice President of Client Service at MasterControl, Inc. where he directed all aspects of new customer implementations, Customer Service, and Technical Support. At MasterControl the Leading provider of quality–management software, Newman was directly responsible for maintaining a strong customer base by assuring customer success during implementation and ongoing support, resulting in industry–leading maintenance support renewals. Additionally, he has been involved in the software industry at Medical Priority, and AchieveGlobal, and owner of a services company. Newman earned his Bachelor of Science Degree at Westminster College in Salt Lake City.

Michael K. (Griz) Robinson Director of Software Development
Griz Robinson joins Edustructures with an extensive history in delivering best–in–class solutions for education, most recently as director of software engineering for Pearson Digital Learning (PDL), a leader in proven, comprehensive technologies for pK–12 education. At PDL, Robinson was responsible for all technical development of the company's award–winning ELLIS English language learning software. Prior to PDL, Robinson served as the chief technology officer for Western Governor's University (WGU), developing, managing and maintaining the University' distance learning architecture and systems. Previously, Robinson served IBM for eight years managing software development teams at the company' Provo, Utah development lab. Greg Hill National Director of State Sales
Greg Hill comes to Edustructures from Plato Learning, Inc., a leading provider of computer–based and e–learning instruction, where he served as regional vice president of the Rocky Mountain, Southwest and West Texas sales territories, directing all aspects of territory planning, development and sales management. Previous experience in educational technology sales includes Gateway, Inc., Lightspan Partnership and Jostens Learning. Greg earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration and marketing at Southern Utah University.
