Edustructures Names Executive Leadership Team
Company names industry veterans to its board of directors

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - January 1, 2002 - Edustructures LLC, the first company
dedicated to providing software infrastructure and comprehensive integration
services around the Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF), today announced
it has named Jeffrey R. Jones as the company's President, Steven P. Curtis as
Chief Operating Officer, and Eric J. Petersen as Chief Technical Officer.

Jeff Jones
Mr. Jones has distinguished himself during 15 years in the IT industry with a
breadth of management responsibilities and a recognized ability to define and
implement visionary strategies. He has been a key architect behind several
successful new business ventures, including the founding and early leadership
of Campus Pipeline, the leading web-based integration platform and portal for
Higher Education. Campus Pipeline is funded by American Express, Oak Partners,
General Motors, Dell Computer Corporation, and SCT.

Steve Curtis
Mr. Curtis has 20 years of experience managing the development of software
applications and solutions in the K-12 market. He has held executive positions at
WICAT (World Institute for Computer Assisted Teaching), where he was the
Director of Software Engineering, and Jostens Learning Corporation as the Vice
President of Software Research and Development. In 1996 he founded PlaNet
Software, a leading provider of web-based instructional management solutions,
where he served as the company's President & CEO.

Eric Petersen
Mr. Petersen has been developing software systems in the education, consumer,
and telecommunications industries for the past 15 years. In 2000, he founded
Minde Incorporated where he served as the company's President. Eric has served
as a senior software engineer to companies that include Lucent Technologies,
Ascend Communications, PlaNet Software, Jostens Learning Corporation, and
Applause Software.
