Even Start—A program that provides family-centered education projects which help parents become full partners in the education of their children, assists children in reaching their full potential as learners, and provides literacy training for their parents. The purpose of this program is to integrate early childhood education and adult education for parents into a program that builds on existing community resources. ("0600")
