Adds a new <MedicalAlertMessage> repeatable element. This form of setMedicalAlertMessage is provided as a convenience method that is functionally equivalent to the version of setMedicalAlertMessage that accepts a single MedicalAlertMessage object.

Parameters:

severity - The level of severity of this medical alert.

value - Gets or sets the content value of the <MedicalAlertMessage> element
